A catalogue for an exhibition in Paris by 27 Latvian artists, entitled “Riga 800 – The Fibre of the Modernity”, held on the occasion of the Latvian capital Riga’s 800th anniversary. The artists featured in the exhibition and the catalogue represent different generations: both well-known figures, experienced and known internationally, and young artists who have emerged quite recently. The catalogue includes biographies of the artists.
